Pension Svatava is situated not far from ZOO near to the approach of the bridge "Barikadniku". It is 7 minutes far from the centre by car. Hotel is 100 m far from a bus stop and 5 minutes from metro C Holesovice. The pension has 3 floors. A four flored tower belongs to the pension. The building is settled on a rock and is situated on a hillside above the river Vltava. The building has a diverse architecture. It was built in 1907. The tower is used as spiral staircase, which ends with a view. Floor in the hall, kitchen and so on is ceramic. There are parquets on the floor in rooms. Bathrooms were newly reconstructed. There is a car park on the pension ground. Kapacity: 9 rooms for at least 22 people. There is a reception, bar and eating room with kitchen in the ground floor (in reconstruction). On the 1. floor there are 2 triple rooms and 1 double room. On the 2. floor there are 2 double rooms and 2 triple rooms. On the 3. floor there is an apartment with kitchen, eating room and 2 double rooms. All rooms includ e a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The apartment - a bathroom with a bathtube.
